Frauen im HipHop

...mehr als nur schmuckes Beiwerk

Frauen sind im HipHop reichlich unterrepräsentiert. Das stimmt, wenn es um weibliche MC's, DJ's und Producer geht. In den Texten und Videos tauchen Frauen allerdings häufig auf - als Tänzerinnnen, Bitches und Hoes. Wir gehen dem Ganzen mal auf den Grund und fragen, warum Frauen in der männerdominierten HipHop-Szene nach wie vor diskriminiert werden.

Außerdem stellen wir euch eine neue Platte vor und berichten euch, welche HipHop-Festivals in diesem Jahr besonders herausstechen. Wo ihr in den nächsten Tagen zu treibenden Beats die Hüften kreisen lassen könnt, werden wir selbstverständlich auch noch klären!
