Nicht erst seitdem Italien diesen Sommer Fußballweltmeister wurde, gibt es die Idee einer ausführlichen Sendung über die italienische Indieszene.
Schon seit längerem machen unsere südeuropäischen Nachbarn einiges Aufsehen im Bereich moderner Populärmusik.
Spätestens seit den Touren von den Candies, Red Worms' Farm und Settlefish weiß der interessierte Indiehörer, mehr als die Schlagworte Jovanotti, Gianna Nanini oder Luigi Nono zu dem Thema Italien zu aüßern.
Die Sendung macht einen Streifzug durch die vorwiegend norditalienische Szene und bewegt sich musikalisch zwischen Postrock, Postpunk und klassischem Indierock.
Mit Luca Palazzari haben wir uns als Unterstützung einen Brother In Crime und waschechten italienischen Migranten der 36. Generation eingeladen.
