Verstärker beschäftigt sich heute im ersten Teil der Sendung mit dem Singer-Songwriter Sam Duckworth a.k.a. Get Cape, Wear Cape Fly. Der Engländer aus dem Städtchen Southend-on-Sea veröffentlicht bereits seit 2006 auf dem Majorlabel Atlantic Records. Einen Namen machte er sich als Tour-Support von solchen Acts wie The Flaming Lips, The Magic Numbers oder auch Funeral For A Friend.
Im zweiten Teil hört Ihr dann Neuveröffentlichungen aus demniemals endenden Genre des Indie-Rocks.
