„Das hat’s doch alles schon mal vorher gegeben!“ Dieser Satz lässt sich zweifach lesen: einmal als Vorwurf an die heutigen Musikschaffenden, dass sie nichts Neues mehr auf die Beine stellen, aber auch als ganz nüchterne Feststellung, dass ein großer Teil der Kirtikerlieblinge unter den Platten Reissues sind. Es gibt wahrscheinlich keinen Mailorder-Newsletter dieser Welt mehr, der nicht Woche für Woche die Wiedererhältlichkeit einer längst vergessenen Perle feiert. Wenn sich Partikel diesem Thema widmet dürfte eins klar sein: bei uns kommen nicht die x-ten Auflagen kanonisierter „Klassiker“ auf den Tisch, nimmer! Wir haben uns für euch ins Abseits der Musiklandschaft begeben und eine wilde Mixtur aus Psych, Blues Field Recordings, Weltraum Country, Free Jazz, Noise, deutschem Post-Punk und vielem mehr zusammengetragen.
