Die heutige Partikel-Sendung widmet sich dem aktuellen Album des amerikanischen Tabletop-Gitarristen Kevin Drumm. „Imperial Distortion“ heißt das Meisterwerk, ein mächtiger Titel, für eines der überzeugendsten Drone-Alben des Jahres – zumindest bis jetzt. Desweiteren offenbaren die Elektroakustiker Graham Lambkin und Jason Lescalleet einen eindrucksvollen und individuellen Umgang mit Fieldrecordings – den Beweis hierfür liefert ihre aktuelle Platte „The Breadwinner“. Natürlich gibt es noch weitere interessante Veröffentlichungen zu hören. Mit dabei sind Alben von SND, Eat Skull, Paavoharju und viele mehr.
