Merzbow meets Headz

Merzbow gilt wohl als der populärste Noise Musiker, der mit über 200 Veröffentlichungen ein gigantisches Werk voller radikaler und kompromissloser Tonkunst erschaffen hat. In der heutigen Sendung wird ein kleiner Einblick in sein aktuelles Schaffen präsentiert.

Ein weiterer Programmpunkt ist das Headz Label aus Tokio, das sich mit seinen Deluxe Cd-Editionen dem ambienten Ende des Spektrums zeitgenössischer experimenteller und elektronischer Musik verschrieben hat. U.a. mit Veröffentlichungen von Otomo Yoshihide, Stephan Mathieu, Fennesz und Raphael Toral.

Natürlich fehlen diesmal auch nicht die obligatorischen Neuveröffentlichungen. Zum Zuge kommen: Gang Gang Dance, Jesu, My Cat is an Alien, Schwabinggrad Ballet und viele mehr.
