Beirut - take me home Gypsy Road

From Santa Fe to Brandenburg to Cherbourg to Gothenburg...

Heute abend wird sich Melophon eine Stunde lang mit den wunderbaren Songs der Band Beirut
auseinandersetzen. Die Band des 21-Jährigen Zach Condon hat in den letzten 2 Jahren so einigen
Wirbel gemacht und spielt am kommenden Dienstag endlich in Köln. Das nehmen wir als Anlaß
euch die beiden Alben dieser tollen amerikanischen Band mal etwas ausführlicher vorzustellen.
Man darf also auf eine Stunde schöner Musik zwischen Chanson, Balkansounds und Folk gespannt sein.

Ausserdem gibt es Musik aus Frankreich (Françoiz Breut) und Schweden (Boy Omega). Beides
Künstler die noch diese Woche in Köln auftreten werden.

Also wiedermal ein multikultureller Abend ganz im Zeichen von Melophon.
